Lipstick Tuesdays

I took some photos of myself today – some “selfies” if you will.  They were for nothing special, I had no where to go, I just stayed home, looked up new paleo recipes, edited photos of my nephew’s birthday party, and then went for a walk before picking the kids up from school.  Usually on days like this, I just stay in my sweats and throw on some sunglasses and twist my hair into a messy bun if I have to go into public, but today, I did things differently – just for fun.  I put on makeup, swooped my hair back into a sleek pony tail and put on clothes that weren’t made of soft, fuzzy material (ahhh the best).  It wasn’t necessary, but it was really nice because I was doing it just for me.

So don’t be surprised if you drop by my house on a random day, and I’m there, taking photos of myself – and wearing really bright pink lipstick:)
