I always love unexpected and unique sounding vocals, and Trevor Powers definitely has that going for him. His stage name is Youth Lagoon, and he came out with his 2nd album a few weeks ago, Wondrous Bughouse. I’ve been listening to it, along with his first album, The Year of Hibernation, and…I’m hooked.

I love his first album but have only heard 1 or 2 songs off the 2nd one at this point – I’ll have to take a listen, I love his stuff!
